FAQ
How long will it take to do my translation?
For most normal texts, translators work at an average speed of about 2,500 words per day. All texts of up
to 3,000 words will be completed within our usual turn-round time of 48 hours or two working days.
Can you do urgent translations?
Urgent translations are texts you want returned in less than two working days. We have no difficulty
dealing with these, though please consult us about language combinations. We charge an additional 25% for
urgency.
What if I need a large text urgently?
Translating large texts urgently means working with a team of translators whose work will need to be
collated by the project coordinator. We can produce large translations urgently, but as quality is a
constant concern, please consult us over the details of your project.
Can you translate official, legal documents like certificates and wills?
Yes we can. We count upon a number of state-qualified, sworn translators who are authorised to produce
translations of this nature. The turn around time for this type of translation is four working days.
Can I give you a text on paper rather than in an electronic format?
Yes you can, though we will apply a handling charge, as we will have to convert it to an electronic format
before sending it to our translators. The charge will vary according to text length and legibility.
Are your translators native speakers?
All our translators translate only into their native languages, as is standard practice within the field.
